Git post-commit hook written in Ruby allows you to add commit messages to you Pivotal Tracker stories as well as start, finish, and deliver them automatically upon making a commit. There’s also an additional feature to assign Tracker Story ID to a branch so that you can omit entering Tracker Story ID to each commit.
