Pivotal Tracker for mobile now supports two-factor authentication!

We’re happy to announce that our mobile apps (both iOS and Android) now fully support two-factor authentication!

Two-factor authentication (2FA), for Tracker has been supported for a little while now, however it was unfortunately not compatible with our mobile apps. Now, our latest verions of both the iOS and Android apps now support this additional layer of security!

How to enable 2FA in Pivotal Tracker Mobile Apps

1. If you don’t already have 2FA enabled for Tracker, please follow the instructions in our Two-factor authentication help article to set it up. Don’t forget to keep track of your recovery codes!
2. Sign out of your Pivotal Tracker mobile app and make sure to update to the latest version.
3. When signing in to the Tracker mobile app, you’ll now be prompted to enter the verification code from your authenticator app.
